Zero Down USDA Loan Program We offer a zero down loan program for rural buyers. Minimum credit score is 620. Maximum debt to income is lower than all other zero down loan programs. The program is great rural borrowers that have a credit score of 620 or higher.

 

MHFA Zero Down Programs For borrowers with credit scores at 660 or higher, MHFA offers a programs that have lower mortgage insurance requirements plus a program that has no mortgage insurance. MHFA programs allow a purchase price up to $307,000. Borrowers that meet maximum income requirements can have their down payment and/or closing costs paid which makes the program a zero down loan program.

 

3% Down Home Ready/Home Possible For borrowers with 3% to put down or 3% gifted money, this program is a great option. The programs have lower mortgage insurance requirements. Home Ready/Home Possible programs allow a purchase price up to $424,000.
